It was relaxed and thorough, the usual questions were asked about previous job history and how you could apply previous experience to this job. The office space we did the interview in was big enough to be comfortable but not over-bearing.

I applied online, and in less than a week, I received an email to schedule a virtual interview with HR from Toronto. He asked me how many hours I could work, if I could start at 6 AM, work Monday to Friday, and if I could lift up to 30 lbs. After that, I talked about myself and answered his interview questions. I had the online interview on Friday, and he scheduled my next in-person interview for Tuesday. I went into the store and met with the MET department. He talked about the benefits and the work environment. He only asked again if I could work from 6 AM, and he said that if I get an offer, I would need to sign it and send it back. Two days later, I got the offer.
