Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter via linked in. Had an initial conversation on the phone with the recruiter then had a phone and teams interview. Everything seemed to go well until about a week later I still didn’t hear anything back so I contacted the recruiter and she said she would follow up the next day. Three days later I never heard anything so I emailed her letting her know I was no longer interested. I’ve heard good things about working at this company, but the recruiting process is extremely unprofessional and aggravating when you are also interviewing for several other companies at the same time.

Interview
Process was smooth and fast. Did take 2-3 weeks e2e.
1st round HR, 2nd hiring manager (resume based and basic SQL), 3rd panel interview(2 stakeholder behavioral rounds) and final round director level(culture fit and resume)

Two rounds of interviews: Recruiter interview and second round with hiring manager and senior mgr. interview was fair but communication between and afterwards was poor. Would try again but for a different department

Technical round was very role-focused. Difficult but doable, if you are experienced.
The process took longer than expected as the external hiring slowed down.
