Interview
Over all the the hiring process was nice and easy. They did a phone interview then an on site interview. The on site interview was a panel round robin type interview. You spend about 20 minutes in a room with different people and get asked just about any thing you can imagine that is job related. They are very professional and know what to ask about your work history to expose any weaknesses you may have. They are filling out a score card and if you score high enough you will be called back.

How would you handle an employee who is disruptive in the work place?
Everything was great. Everyone was resourceful and reflexible. Love it! I aslo got a chance to learn more about their upcoming project and more insights about the company. The whole thing was really acomodating and expericning. I felt confident a lot.
