They have you waiting in their computer room with other applicants until its your turn to interview, then you go in and go through a series of questions and situational stuff. If they decide to hire you, you will sign some paperwork then send you to the nearest clinic for the drug screening

Very normal job interview, asked basic questions and hired on the spot. I enjoyed the interviewer, she was nice an knowledgable. Seemed like a fun workplace. Everyone was welcoming and they took my badge photo the same day
