There was an Online Test before in person interview. They consider candidates in person interview only if they do well in online testing. I did very well in the online test. For in person interview, I have answered most of the answered correctly (missed only one). They asked me about 15 questions. I missed one. Then there was a coding test (on board). They didn't provide me the reason for not giving me a offer.
