You apply online and it is best to provide your social to the HR. Once and interview is set up (via phone first) you will receive a call from a manager for an interview and fill out a few things. They may or may not call you back. Sometimes takes a while. But fairly easy interfew

I went to the general job fair and did the interview. The ASM interviewed me and asked me to fill out my availability. They called me in to meet with them to ask me some more questions. They offered me the kitchen and bath associate position and I did not have a background in this field.

Hire people that have some back ground in the dept. they are placed in and pay them accordingly,.not just warm bodies. Encourage cross training and opportunities for advancement. Better screening of store managers.
