They feed you a bunch of BS about how much "The Home Depot" cares so much about its associates but please don't feed into it. It like every other job a lot of politics, & favoritism.

I applied online, filled out a short questionnaire, and then had an in-person interview. There was very little discussed in the interview, they just mostly asked me about my availability. It was an easy experience.
Help customers in the Aisle that are shopping for specific products for their needs. Using the F.I.R.S.T. method of find, inquire, respect, sell, thank. is process The Home Depot uses to make sales.

How would you assistant a customer whos product they need is in another aisle or department that you do no work in?
Very normal job interview, asked basic questions and hired on the spot. I enjoyed the interviewer, she was nice an knowledgable. Seemed like a fun workplace. Everyone was welcoming and they took my badge photo the same day
