applied online, did an over the phone interview, got called in to do an in person interview, as well as a on spot drug test ( mouth swab) after I was hired, filled out documents and talked about schedule. Once that was all finished, I started working a week later. Total time from when I applied and started training was two weeks.

First application submitted through home depot website , After 4 days I got an email for phone interview It took 15mins about previous experience, following that next day in person interview Two persons took interview one is supervisor and assistant store manager it asks about behavioral questions and same day I got an email if you are still interested joining our team please come and meet our store manager next day and final store manager interview, it depends on the location the interview process differs. I got an email of offer letter.

The application was online, then it placed you in a random department. Went in to the store to interview and find where you will actually be placed. It was just a few questions and then a decision was made basically instantly.

Quick, easy and professional interview with same-day hiring, followed by a drug test a few days later. The manager seemed genuinely interested in who I was and in placing me in a department where I would be happy, and they assured me they would be able to work with the hours I was available.
