Very conversational and did not feel like an interrogation. The interviewer felt like an old friend. Very thoughtful questions that were asked in an light-aired way. Felt lengthy but not in a bad way. Closer to an hour long.
The interview process was very average to their competitors. They ask 4-6 questions and most are about managing a team and the environment you would expect to work in. I.E warehouse work and safety. Keep these things in mind when going into the interview.
