The Helm ABA interview questions

Firsr you will likely fill out an online form , then complete an in person interview to discuss culture and skills. First impressions seem to be important. Otherwise this is a fairly easy interview

Ask what you know about ABA (research beforehand), previous experience with children, if you are available to work 40 hours a week M-F, and what hobbies you do to not get burnt out. You meet one of the kids and play with him/her (talk to them, make lots of silly faces, get on their level).
