Conversational interview in an office conference room. Friendly interviewers (a panel of 3 people), lasted about 45 minutes. They asked me a series of questions, while taking notes and reviewing my resume, if I had questions for them at the end.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Health Trust (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I heard about the internship through my University and decided to email the Volunteer Coordinator about any internship opportunities. She emailed me and asked me to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty average and only took about 30 minutes in-person. The Volunteer Coordinator and another team member interviewed me and asked me basic questions- i.e. "what is your biggest weakness?"

The interview was a group interview of 4 persons - 3 coordinators and 1 manager. They asked a lot of questions about coordination, teamwork, time management, etc. many behavior questions. I sent an email to ask the progress. They said they were still interviewing but I never heard from them. They did not send me a rejection letter.
