I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
The first interview was over the phone, which lasted approx. 15-20 minutes. The onsite interview lasted about an hour. There were 3 managers in the room asking a variety of questions, while the director listened in on the phone. The onsite interview was mostly relaxed, very conversational. I felt like there were a lot of questions that were repeated, just worded a different way.

Describe a time where you made a mistake. What did you do to correct it and what was the outcome?
Very easy, laid-back interview. The recruiter was very easy to talk to and sent information to me about the company so that I would know more important information before speaking to the hiring manager.
