Interview
I only was able to get a phone interview. During that interview they ask for 10 years worth of job experience. They also ask behavioral interview questions. The interviewer was cordial but seemed rushed. Make sure you thoroughly look up the job you apply for.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to handle a difficult situation at work and the result.
First an online assessment. Next a recruiter calls and then in person. If you applied to short term disability they will sell you the job. It’s unforgiving work and there’s always more.
I had two interviews. The questions were pretty standard. It was a fast turnaround. Offer came the same day as my second interview. Horrible work environment so beware of a quick turnaround.

The interview process was very simple. It was a teams video chat with 2 department managers. Both asked general questions about my career and experiences. They asked behavioral based questions as well.
