I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Long Island City, NY) in Mar 2015
Interview
First there was an online exam based on math and situational questions. Next I was contacted for a phone interview with someone from Human Resources. Then, one more phone interview with the hiring manager. Had I been accepted to move on I believe there would have been one more in-person interview with regional manager and hiring manager.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you went out of your way to help a customer.
Did a call with the recruiter asking background information. Then had an interview with managers. Be prepared to answer around 20 behavorial questions back to back with no break in between. One will ask you a question and then the other will go back and forth. It was honestly a little brutal. Most of the questions were the same question just worded different ways it felt like, so it was difficult to give a different response each time. Thought it went well overall but received a generic rejection email at midnight three days later.
