Interview
Overall, I had a great time interviewing at The Hartford. The process wrapped up in a little over two weeks for me.
My first interview was a phone call with HR. After the meeting concluded, I was offered a final interview with the hiring managers. After the second interview, I heard back approximately 5 days later
It was quite long, the final interview was around an hour long. They start by asking you to give them an example of a time you exhibited X value. The values are the same as the company values. There's around 4 of those, then they will ask 1 or 2 numeracy questions.

Every round went well.
In first round normal discussion about resume , some technical questions
In second round they asked about in depth project questions

overall difficulty if average,
The interviewers are friendly,
Since it was a new GCC in Hyderabad, there was mass hiring.
Overall interview experience was great.
