Easy, smooth process. Had 3 interviews: one with HR, 2 managers and then a hiring manager. Just took awhile to hear back. Asked a good deal of behavorial and situational questions.
The interviews typically use behavioral interviewing questions ("tell me about a time when...") to understand candidate's previous experiences. They are typically looking for specific examples they can understand so its generally expected to give a specific time instead of something vague.
