I did an online application, two days letter an email was sent to conduct an assement. I then received an interview date. Three days letter I received an offer. Although it took 2 months to actually start the job. I did an in person and phone interview. The interview was based on the STAR format. I would recommend completing the assessment test prior to interview date.
