The Hanover Insurance Group Customer Service Associate interview questions

A phone interview which lasted 30 minutes, followed by an in person interview with 3 different people scheduled around a week later. A walk around building and greeting. A job shadow

I applied on a Tuesday. Interviewer asked me to let them know times I was available on Friday. I gave her several times I was available. I e-mailed and called repeatedly before Friday to try and confirm a time. Never heard back from the agent so I chose to work on Friday, figuring that we had nothing scheduled. Interviewer calls me at the first available time I stated for Friday expecting me to be ready and available for an interviewer, only e-mailing me 2 hours ahead of time to confirm an interview time. I thought this was a rude and disrespectful way to communicate in setting up an interview time. I continue to try and reschedule via e-mail and phone, eventually scheduling an interview for over 3 weeks after the initial interview times. Held a phone interview for about 1 hour, have followed up multiple times, and never heard anything back from them.
