Interview
I first completed a telephone interview. I was then set up to meet with the director of Marketing for an interview which was very awkward because I felt like every response I gave was incorrect. I then interviewed at the properties where they needed to fill a position. I was called back and offered the position. Process took about 1 week
Interview process was standard— first a phone interview, then an in person interview at the corporate office with upper management. Was then called with an offer— completed paperwork and drug screening. If you have succeeding in sales or real estate position previously and are confident in yourself, you should be fine during the interview process.

Came in for an interview with leasing manager and assistant manager at one of their location
