I was first screened by an HR representative and then was given a second interview with the HR rep and the manager of customer support. It was over skype as I am a remote worker.

Interview
The interview process was pretty quick with only 2 interviews in 2 weeks. I knew the same week after my last interview that I had the job. The interviewers are very nice and easy to talk to.
