I applied online and had the first interview with the TA. She was very young and had so much attitude. She seemed to be very surprised I applied for the job as she asked the same multiple questions all over again like she didn't expect any foreigner to apply for the job, Yet the job was posted on LinkedIn in 3 different countries. And I have lived in 6 countries to add. When I asked about the current economic condition, she showed confidence in both the country and the company's performance. and asked me if I was planning to learn some more as if learning new things is a bad thing and personal development isn't a thing with the company. In the end, no update about the interview was delivered and I found out my application on the Heineken candidate page was missing. However, the older applications are still there.
