The Guidance Center (TGCAZ) interview questions

The interview was conducted by a case manager and an administrator. The questions were fairly straightforward. I was offered the job without speaking to a clinician or supervisor. The process felt impersonal. They quote an expectation to schedule 32 clients a week, which seemed very high.

Nurse Manager was congenial and questions were appropriate . I was also an in house hire so we knew each other . I had been a nurse on the Inpatient unit as well as a conselor at TGC in their substance abuse program
