It takes a long long long time for anyone to respond to your application or emails even though it says you'll hear back within 48 hours. YOu have to reapply every year and the first time it took almost 2 weeks and right now its been at least a week without word.

Very simple to the point questions. Experience with climbing, why you wanna work there, tell me about a challenge you faced at work and how you handled it. People are super cool and queer friendly.

I sent the manager an email asking for an application and attached my resume and cover letter. A week later, I interviewed with the facility manager first before interviewing with the manager and assistant manager. They called me a few days later and offered me the position.
