I applied on Indeed, the owner then reached out via email to schedule an interview. The owner wasn't very welcoming and seemed unbothered during my interview. She answered phone calls and was doing other stuff at her desk during my interview. She also never got back to me whether I got the position or not.

I was asked questions about child development, personal strengths. I was also asked about education and my background. Also asked about CPR certification and First Aid. Asked about dealing with classroom management.
