I was interviewed by the director and owner. I also was asked to visit the classroom and talk to all of the teachers at the school.I went into the five year old classroom and talked to the children and did a working interview.

It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
