I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Goddard School (Katy, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
They bring you in, you fill out an application while you are waiting then they bring you in the office and ask you the not.so questions. What are your strengths and weaknesses and how you would handle certain situations. Then I'd they like you they will bring you around the school and show you around, and whichever room you want to be in or where ever they want to put you they let you ha g out in there to see how you would fit in the class and how you would come in and act around the children. Then once that is done they bring you back to the office and just talk to you some more. Very easy and nice job process.

Even though they reached out to me through Indeed, I applied, and then they asked me to come for an interview…they were confused about me showing up and spent several minutes looking for my resume. They did not seem interested in reading it and said that my childcare experience was not relevant despite me being a nanny AND working in a daycare for several years.
