Video interview, followed by written test, then panel interview. The video interview is extremely awkward but just used as a first screening. The written test was based on a case study, questions on the subject matter and development of an M&E framework. The panel interview had people from different teams and was of average difficulty. Competency based interview skills are helpful. They tested for language (French).
