Over the phone hiring company. Bit unprofessional and more annoying then just talking to the company. Frankly the whole process is a bit annoying. Answering scripted questions arent personal enough to make the position worth having at the skill level I have achieved. I understand I’m just trying to get my foot in the door. But really it needs to be more personal
