The Gathering Place interview questions

My process started great, meeting the two co-founders and going though the rounds of interviews. The questions were common interview questions, getting to know you and if you are a fit for the school and team culture/pace. I was offered the position in August and a week before I was to start the offer was rescinded due to low enrollment and needing to allocate the funding to what I assumed was a video platform. They did not involve me in salary discussion, so I circled back and negotiated and communication took a very long time. I like the school and what it is doing for education; however, my experience was very unfortunate and impacted me in multiple areas of work/life.

It was a small staff, so pretty much we sat out in the patio we talked abouth the restaurant and the gowth the wante to accomplish. we talked about my experiences in the food industry. that was pretty much it.
