First I filled out an online application with basic information. Then after emailing back and forth for a little while we scheduled a phone interview which lasted about a half hour.

Very relaxed and easy going. It was very pleasant. The school was amazing, they have a great space and a very good set up. The director was very enthusiastic and you can tell she cares about her job and the school.

Interview
The questions were direct but sensitive in a good way, It allows you to answer but also express who you are as an educator. The overall program is beautiful and well done. From the classrooms to the curriculum if you have experience in Montessori then the questions are a no brainer!
