Straight forward, pleasant
Professional good questions. Applied online at their website there is a questionnaire and was called by HR. Was asked a few initial questions on the phone then was asked to come in to meet with upper management. Took a weekend appointment to not interfere with work schedule which was convenient. Interview was fun and casual the office is beautiful and clean and creative. Was asked back for a second interview, and asked to submit
samples of results by the CEO then was offered a position about two weeks later. They provided benefits letter paperwork employee manual etc. and advance training to help prepare you for the role and working with the company.

Interview
There was a brief conversation with an HR person. Then a written test. Then more talking. The test sucks. Not because, it is challenging or anything you can't manage - more because it makes you feel like a child and more importantly that your talk prior didn't matter. You will have to follow - up with them because they are too big to tell you sorry.
The office looks like a sweat shop. The interview room has all of their awards on the wall. For a minute you can convince yourself this whole thing is worth it.

Interview
Pretty standard process, took a writing test and had a one-on-one conversation with the CEO. They also allowed me to interview on a Saturday since I was employed full-time elsewhere. I was offered the job approximately 4 days after the interview, but ultimately turned it down.
Be prepared for a pretty standard PR skills test: How to pitch for a certain client and who to pitch for their product/service, talk about your experience and how you would apply it at their agency, etc.
