very rigorous and time consuming 4 step process first is screening from HR which is an informal chat second was with the manager of the role third was an exercise where you have to create a web page thanking donors after donation has been made and the second part was getting raw data and making a presentation from it. What I found insulting was after getting through to stage 3 out of a 4 part process they did not have the curtesy to let me know that I was unsuccessful, did they even go through the exercise that I spent a long time working on. I even messaged myself to say I would appreciate feedback even if its a no it would help with any future opportunities but nothing on the back of that either. I would strongly suggest they either cut out some steps of their process or start giving candidates some feedback, I would never apply to this company ever again
