The Freedom Fund interview questions

Fisrtly, I was selected based on my CV and Cover Letter. The interview was with two people. Mainly asking about previuos experiences and competences, including why I wanted to work for the Organisation. After the inteview I was requested to write a Brief about Mandatory Human Rights Due Diligence.

Included a written practical assignment, before an interview with line-manager, current post holder (going on maternity leave) and country-representative. Very good atmosphere. Provided useful feedback. Increased interest in working with organisation in the future as a result of interview.
