The Football Association interview questions

The interview was a bit odd. A panellist was on his phone at the start, which I found unprofessional. Also, each question asked was asked in very long sentences in a roundabout way. This made it so that each 'question' was more like 3 questions in one.

Initial online application followed by an email several weeks later requesting an interview. One on site interview for one hour with three people. Feedback received within a week or two
