(COVID-era interview, may differ) 1st stage was with two employees in middle management over the phone, one dove more into typical behavioral questions, the other into aptitudes which would lend themselves well to the position. 2nd stage was with an HR person on a webchat, pretty straight forward talk about benefits for the most part. At this stage filled out a personality inventory. 3rd stage was in person in 4 parts. First was a data set, was given an hour to analyze some mortgage data. Then I had three interviews with different staffers, and it was pretty much a deeper dive into stuff from the 1st stage.
