The Fedcap Group interview questions

Very thorough and professional. I felt as though with my background and experience I was a natural fit, and the ease of interactions in interviews/screenings (three total) would make for a natural fit.

Over at least 2 months, I underwent a series of interviews as they were setting up their Canadian office. They seemed to be positive and I kept being interviewed by more senior people, but then in the end I was not selected. The interviews were good, pleasant and professional but the process was far too lengthy.
