The Emily Program Program Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and someone from HR contacted me a week later to schedule a phone screen/interview. The interview lasted for about 20 minutes and asked pretty general questions. I asked about next steps and they said they'd follow up after three weeks. After three weeks passed, I reached out to them and they said they had filled the position but would like to keep my resume on file for future openings. Overall it was a positive experience, however I do think they should do the courtesy of letting people know that they will not move forward in the process.
