I walked in and handed my resume to the current GM on duty. He asked me to come in the next day for an interview. They then ask you to complete a stage shift (training shift where you shadow a server and show your competency). They then send you through the most comprehensive restaurant training as a server I have ever seen. Very thorough, and quite difficult. Regards food and beverage knowledge, as well as restaurants' story, owners history, company vision, etc.
