I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The END Fund (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
First we had a screening call, followed by the one-on-one with the Director of the department. Standard questions for the most part, overall was a pleasant conversation. That interview was then followed by a group interview with the same Director and 3 people from HR. They read questions from the pre-made list and promised to get back to us the next day. Never heard from them again. If you can't shoot a one liner telling a person you're moving on with a different candidate, after putting someone through an extensive interview process - that says a volume about how you treat your employees.

Question 1
Explain your experiences/difficulties, what you've learned from it, DEI questions. Basic stuff.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The END Fund (Nairobi) in Mar 2021
Interview
Numerous interviews with several individuals. First HR, then hiring manager, director, vice president in this order. In between, a take away written test. The interview questions were not difficult though and repetitive across the interviewing teams

Question 1
What's your experience with working in the neglected tropical diseases sector?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The END Fund
Interview
In person interview after initial phone screen with both the screener and the direct report. The direct report had little interest in listening to my answers to questions she asked. Felt very much like she was dialing it in. Followed up 2 weeks later and no response, now 2 later and nothing. Courtesy costs nothing.
