The Department for Education (UK) interview questions

Interviewer introduced each behaviour and then asked reasonable questions related to the behaviour. Then follow ups to help get a higher score for each question. Strength questions were fine too, just need to be enthusiastic about the strength and give a brief example. Interviewers were really friendly and put me at ease so I could perform to the best of my ability.
