There were three main questions. The first one focused on my previous experience with seed banks, the second one asked about my project management capabilities, and the last one asked about my idea of a healthy team environment. This was a structured three question interview followed by information about the position afterwards.

Interview
I applied in the middle of January with a Cover Letter & Resume. A month later I received an email to schedule a phone interview for the end of February. Then I was brought in for a formal in-person interview with HR & 2 Directors, followed by a short test regarding Excel. Two weeks later I received an email that I didn't get the job. All of the employees seemed very sweet. The pay was decent for a non-profit ($15-16)
