Applied for a job online and received an initial request to interview. The first part of the process was alright. Generic questions you may expect when applying to a role. Given a project which took an extensive amount of time to complete. Was ghosted after providing this work, with no response or feedback, even after requested. Generally unethical hiring practices and I would have expected more communication from a Christian organization that prides itself on going above and beyond and working with honesty and integrity.

My experience with this company was horrifying. They suddenly and abruptly canceled my second interview with nothing more than a scripted explanation about their "internal processes changing." A Christian company should have enough consideration for people to figure out their hiring process in advance and ensure they are fully able to move forward with the position that's open so they're not treating people like this. Heartbroken, disappointed, and hope they get their stuff figured out so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Question 1
The questions were fine, the issue was being told they were excited to offer me a second interview only to cancel it with an impersonal scripted vague explanation instead of a genuine apology. I would have expected more from a Christian company
