I was emailed on a Monday to attend an interview the next day, initially they said it was a phone interview and then I got a zoom invite, this wasn't sent to me until 3 hours before the interview time. I signed on to the interview which was at 4pm - waited and waited until it was 4:20pm and no one showed up, no email and no communication! I left the meeting and emailed to ask why, I still haven't had an apology or email (this is the next day) just radio silence!
