Extremely long - online application, 2 in-person interviews and a realistic job preview.
During my first interview, I told the executive general manager, Mark, that I only had seasonal availability. They told me that this would not be problem, and I continued on with the interview process. I was not living in the hamptons yet, and had to drive 1.5 hours every time they needed to meet with me (which they knew). The first interview was extremely easy, and when I went in for the second interview, the interviewer never showed up! I had to go back in to have my second interview, and they invited me back for a realistic job preview, the final step in the interview process. Everything went absolutely great, and they told me that they would be in touch soon. Six days later I get an automatically generated email telling me that I did not get the job. I called up to ask what happened, and was told that it was because I only had seasonal availability. What a joke, I told them this the first time I met with them. If this was going to be an issue, why even waste my time and have me come in for the whole interview process. Company has no idea what they are doing, don't bother applying.
