I had a short phone interview with someone in HR. They recommended me to the regional OSDC manager whom I then had a video interview with. She was very personable, friendly, and asked they typical interview questions. Then there was a 3rd video interview with her boss. It was not quite as in depth as the previous interview, but still asked the standard questions. I think they were mostly looking to see if I was nice, trainable, and somewhat intelligent. I have definitely had worse interview experiences in the past. I truly enjoyed chatting with everyone who interviewed me.

They asked about any past challenges that I have had in my previous Sales Manager role and how I handled it.
I had 3 interviews. They stayed in constant communication the entire time. The TA was very nice and great with her follow ups. It was a very normal/average interview process.

Incredibly simple, painless and expeditious. I had a total of three interviews with 5 days and two of those days were a weekend. I had a job offer within another day or two. The communication was on point and the whole process overall was actually enjoyable.
