Managers use the behavioral interview process. Lots of situational questions to see how you would deal with specific situations and to see whether that aligns with the day to day operations of a sales person at Coca Cola. It is not so much about what you know but showing that you have proven sales and critical thinking scenarios ready on the fly.

Interviewed with 3 people. Was somewhat challenging as they asked for specific scenarios in several questions, which I had a difficult time recalling but overall not too bad as I was hired
An online interview follow by a phone interview where job responsibilities and opportunities were discussed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The interviewer was polite and punctual but the opportunity was noy a great match
