I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Charlotte, NC) in Sept 2015
Interview
Do research on coca-colocompany.com
Good Experience- Arrive early to be interviewed early- last person gets the yawning interviewer.
2 of their staff will talk to you (one had been with CC for 16 years- looked like she was monitoring the second interviewer who had only been with CC for 4 months. That day i noticed they hired mostly ppl who were mostly managers and supervisors from other jobs so they asked all of us why we wanted to essentially downgrade our career. Looking for e.g. job that actually pays its worth, pays for overtime, Simplicity of lifestyle instead of the stress of managing others., looking for structure- clock-in.. work.. clock-out..no stress..e.t.c made sense to them.
SIDENOTE:
GOOD: (maybe)- CC will be opening up a new state-of-the-art large center near Northlake mall where you'll likely be trained and posted
BAD: YOU MUST WORK WEEKENDS. This job is NOT inside Sales in the way you typically understand that position.... IT IS A CALL CENTER... thats the job at least for the first 6 months. You will handle either inbound or outbound calls.
There is opportunity to climb they say but not guaranteed as i gather from the question: "what will you do if you haven't moved up in 2 years?" (to that Just say: "oh i will... and you will too, coz when i do well, you do well)
"Any questions for us?"- ask about them first and how they genuinely like working there- best way to find out about the real experience a company provides is through its employees, they took interest in you, you take interest in them (coz you're a ppl person- right), you'll be working with them afterall- so it makes sense) Then ask about benfits, overtime, holiday pay, PTO, etc.
NB: DO NOT FORGET TO BRING TWO COPIES OF YOUR RESUME
Good luck!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Coca-Cola Company (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The Interview process took about two and a half hours and i was the first to complete test and interview so i imagine it could take longer. The first part was a 200 question assessment if you passed that you moved on to the interview with human resources and a second interview with a sales manager.
