The interview is a panel of 3-4 folks including cross-functional team members that may engage with role regularly. Questions ranged from technical skillset to leadership behaviors. They also provide different ways to showcase experience through examples presented in the answers by the candidate.

What's something that fascinated you externally that you applied in your work?
There was a 30 minute Recruiter interview, then 30 minutes hiring manager, 1 hour panel & then 30 minute VP. Overall STAR method format. Standard questions. There were 3 people on the panel including hiring manager.

Straight forward and everyone interviewing is really nice and make the process seems more like a conversation than an interview, where they are open about your doubts and concerns. It was one of most interesting interviews that I have ever participated in and the company is great.
