I applied online and got a call. The first interview was with Human Resources which was very broad and asked about my life and general experiences. I got a call and was asked to attend an interview at Coca-Cola offices. I was interviewed by my manager.

Interview
Super super nice people, they did a great job of making me feel comfortable. They never asked a straight "Why Coke" question which surprised me, but a lot of questions based on their values that then didn't even seem to connect to the values. They did also take a bit of a long time to hear back after applying, however, overall great experience.
Applied for the position via LinkedIn. Straightforward and professional. They really kept you updated continuously. Had one introductory interview followed by one with the team I as going to work in and with.

Interview
There was an initial 20 minutes video call with the HR. They ask simple questions like why do you want to work here/why this role/tell me about yourself. and then there was an assessment day which took 6 hours at coca cola's head office in London in which we had to do a 3 minute individual presentation first, and after that a case study which was a group work and we had to present it for 5 minutes.
