2 phone interviews (quick and to the point) - an all day interview process (no one had the same agenda) then 2 months for a decision.. The people who interviewed you are not the people you work with - they should have an interview panel with your peers not other managers that think they are GOD.

It's a STAR format - so it's really useless, you wind up making up and embleshing in the things you did - however, you can't show you were apart of a team.
